We help out as part of the mentoring programme Mitt Livs Chans (The Chance of My Life), which aims to help people with foreign backgrounds get into the labour market. They are supported through the application process and a range of other areas a job seeker in a new country might come across. Above all we act as a sounding board and help participants with their plans for a new career.
Several Vinge employees are involved as mentors in the Mitt Liv programme. They work primarily with mentees who have plans for a career in law, or who have law degrees from abroad.
Vinge is also involved in Mitt Liv’s HR network; our labour law specialists give talks at the annual Mitt Liv HR conference. We also give Mitt Liv pro bono legal advice on, for example, issues relating to company law and public procurement.
