3i Group plc, Innovationskapital and smac sell NordNav Technologies AB

3i Group plc, InnovationsKapital, smac and other shareholders have signed an agreement to sell NordNav Technologies AB to Cambridge Silicon Radio plc. NordNav Technologies was founded in 2002, and they are manufacturers of software products for mobile GPS. The sale of NordNav Technologies is  valued at USD 75 million.

Vinge acted as the advisor to the sellers and representatives from Vinge included Johan Winnerblad, Claes Henriksson, Sara Hedblom and Johan Larsson.

Innovatif Cekal, based in Klang near Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is a manufacturer of medical devices. This acquisition enhances Sedana Medical's control over its supply chain and improves profitability through reduced cost of goods.
