Vinge has represented the international private equity firm Cinven and Danish life science investment company Novo Holdings in their sale of Envirotainer Holding AB to EQT X Fund and Mubadala Investment Company, at an enterprise value of about EUR 2.8 billion. Axcel, in partnership with Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker, has agreed to acquire the Danish digital transformation partner, itm8, to create a northern European group within end-to-end IT services through a combination with Axcel-owned AddPro.

Vinge advises wpd Europe GmbH, an developer and operator of onshore and offshore wind farms and solar parks, in connection with the sale of the wind farm Aldermyrberget to EB Renewable Energy Fund Europe and LHI Green Infrastructure Invest II.
The transaction will be implemented by way of a statutory merger under BVI law, subject to anti-trust approval in Sweden and other customary approvals and conditions. It is expected that the merger will become effective in June 2022.
Vinge has advised A3P Biomedical in connection with an issue of shares amounting to SEK 400 million directed at Stena Sessan AB, TomEqt Private AB, Flerie Invest AB, Östersjöstiftelsen and Inbox Capital. A3P Biomedical specialises in advanced diagnostics of prostate cancer.
Vinge advises Aleris Sjukvård AB in connection with the acquisition of Art Clinic AB. Art Clinic AB operates four specialized clinics with five sub-practices in six regions in Sweden.
Vinge has advised Swecon Anläggningsmaskiner AB (”Swecon”) on the acquisition of KEWAB Rental AB (”Kewab Rental”). Kewab Rental, headquartered in Karlstad, is one of Sweden's largest rental companies of large construction machines without drivers.
Vinge has advised the main owners of Astrego Diagnostics AB in conjunction with the sale of the shares to the Japanese minority owner, Sysmex Corporation.
