Vinge represents Altor Fund V in connection with its investment in H2 Green Steel. The investment has been carried out in connection with H2 Green Steel's series B round totalling approx. EUR 190 million. Investors participating in the capital raise included, in addition to Altor, inter alia AMF, GIC, Swedbank Robur Alternative Equity, FAM and IMAS Foundation.

Mayr-Melnhof Group (“MM”) has acquired 100% of the shares in Eson Pac from the majority shareholder Nalka Invest AB as well as the founding family and management minority shareholders. MM is Europe’s leading producer of cartonboard and folding cartons as well as kraft papers and uncoated fine papers.
Vinge has advised Lantmännen on the acquisition of a minority stake of 30 % in KG:s Ägg, a leading Swedish egg packaging company. Closing is supposed to take place on 1 April 2022.
Vinge has assisted Allianz Real Estate in connection with an investment of SEK 7.9 billion in Heimstaden Bostad’s Swedish portfolio, which was recently acquired from Akelius, through the formation of a joint venture. The portfolio consists of centrally located properties in Malmö and Stockholm with a value of SEK 30.4 billion.
G Construct is a ground- and construction company based in Enköping which specialises in construction of industry foundations, for customers in the private sector. The company has 25 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 250 million on an annual basis.
Vinge advises Axcel VI and the Currentum Group in connection with the acquisition of the Ipart Group which includes the companies SP-gruppen AB, Klimatentreprenad Värmland AB, Rörinstallationer i Karlstad AB, Ulvsby Rör AB, MeR El AB, and GÖREL Norden AB.
Vinge has advised Randviken Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition and acquisition financing of real properties for a total agreed property value of approximately SEK 2.8 billion. The acquisition was financed, inter alia, with bank facilities in an approximate amount of SEK 2.3 billion and was completed in December 2021.
Vinge advises the shareholders of OptiGroup AB in connection with the divestment of a majority shareholding to FSN Capital. Current majority shareholders Triton, Altor and RoosGruppen will retain a minority holding in the company.
