Advokatfirman Vinge has advised the Swedish game studio Sharkmob AB in connection with the formation of their first game studio abroad; Sharkmob London Ltd.

The Redomestication is carried out by way of a scheme of arrangement under Bermuda law, whereby Swedish Depository Receipts in VNV Global Ltd. will be exchanged for shares in the Swedish group entity VNV Global AB (publ) that, following the Redomestication, will constitute the new parent company of the group. The shares of VNV Global AB (publ) will be listed on the main market of Nasdaq Stockholm.
Vinge has advised Isofol Medical AB (publ), First North Growth Market Premier, in connection with its rights issue in the total amount of MSEK 150 and, conditional upon oversubscription in respect of the rights issue, a directed new issue of shares of a total amount of MSEK 30.
