ABN Amro finance acquisition of Iittala Oy

The operative management of Iittala Oy, the Finish homewares design company, has agreed to acquire the company with the Swedish subsidiaries together with ABN Amro Ventures, the private equity arm of ABN Amro, the Dutch financial services group, from Hackman Oy which is a part of ALI Group, the Italian manufacturer of household appliances and machines, for an undisclosed sum.

Vinge acted for ABN Amro Ventures in what concerned the Swedish parts of the transaction.
