Akzo Nobel selling properties to Länsförsäkringar Liv

Länsförsäkringar Liv is buying the Sicklaön property in Nacka. Akzo Nobel is renting 75% of the properties mainly for offices but also for insurance. In the autumn, a subsidiary to Canon is also moving in.

Vinge was the advisor to Akzo Nobel during the sale and the representative from Vinge was Patrick Forslund.
