Ateljé Margaretha acquires Postorder AB

Ateljé Margaretha, one of Litorina Kapital's portfolio companies, is acquiring Åshild Postorder AB. Åshild is a mail order company specializing in women's wear and support products for women over 55 years. After the acquisition, 70% of Atljé Margaretha will in turned be owned by Litorina Kapital and the remainder will be owned by the management and founders of Åshild and Ateljé Margaretha.

Vinge acted as an advisor to Ateljé Maragetha. Representatives from Vinge included Johan Winnerblad, Theresa Kovac and Anna Berntsson.
