Atria submits a compulsory acquisition offer for all shares in AB Sardus

Further to acquiring shares representing 57.1 percent of the share capital and voting rights of AB Sardus after full dilution with regard to issued warrants, Atria has submitted a compulsory acquisition offer for the remaining shares in AB Sardus.

Vinge was adviser to the board of directors of AB Sardus. Johan Winnerblad and Rikard Stenberg represented Vinge.
