Nordic Capital, the Swedish private equity firm, and Baker Capital, the New York-based private equity firm, have signed an agreement regarding the sale of C More Group AB, the Nordic region’s leading premium pay-TV provider, which operates the Canal+ channels in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark, for a consideration of EUR 269.6m.
