Baker Capital invests in Finnish digital TV-company

Baker Capital and Provider Venture Partners are investing EUR 38 million in Digi TV Plus Oy, a Finnish digital TV company. The investment will help the company before the shutdown of the analogue network in Finland.

Vinge acts as advisor to Digi TV Plus Oy during the investment. Representatives from Vinge included Johan Cederlund, Sara Mindus and Linda Nyborg.
