Boeing acquires Carmen Systems AB

Boeing has signed an agreement with Carmen Systems, a software company that supplies systems for airline companies around the world. Carmen Systems' head offices are in Gothenburg, and the company has approximately 300 employees. Outside of Sweden, Carmen System also does business in Australia and Canada.
Vinge acted as advisor to Boeing during the acquisition. Representatives from
