Bridgepoint has signed an agreement with FSN Capital Partners regarding the sale of Aura Group AB, a company that manufacturers energy-efficient lamps, primarily for industry. Aura's main offices are located in Stockholm Sweden, and production is located in Karlskrona.
Vinge acted as advisor to Bridgeport during the sale. Representatives from Vinge included Johan Göthberg, Marcus Axelryd and Patrik Göthlin.
