CapMan Group acquires Inflight Service Europe AB

Funds advised by CapMan Oy, the Finnish private equity firm, will acquire the majority of Inflight Service Europe AB, the Swedish travel retail company, in a deal with an undisclosed value. CapMan's funds will acquire a 68% stake in Inflight Service and its co-founders Johan Bjarke and Johan Kullander will hold another 23% in the firm, with the balance held by Inflight's key employees and managers.

These companies are engaged in contracting activities within the construction sector. The total purchase price for the shares amounts to 747 MSEK. All key executives in the companies will become shareholders in Eleda.

Vinge has advised Fortum in connection with the divestment of its recycling and waste business

 Vinge, alongside among others Castrén & Snellman, has advised Fortum in connection with the divestment of its recycling and waste business to Summa Equity through its portfolio company NG Group. The debt free purchase price is approximately EUR 800 million.
