Cerealia Foods & Bread acquires Semper AB Foodservice

Cerealia Foods & Bread (Cerealia Foods), the Swedish manufacturer and distributor of fresh bread, buns and cakes and subsidiary of Svenska Lantmännen, the Swedish farming and food industry group, has agreed to acquire the foodservice business from Semper AB. The foodservice business includes frozen ready-to-eat food for catering to kitchens such as restaurants, schools and hospitals. The consideration is undisclosed.
