Danfoss A/S acquires Thermia Värme AB

Danfoss A/S, the Danish manufacturer and supplier of various industrial products, has agreed to acquire Thermia Värme AB, the Swedish supplier of heat pumps, from Procuritas Capital Investors III, the Nordic private equity fund of Procuritas Partners KB, the Swedish private equity firm, for an undisclosed consideration.
