DONG A/S acquires Nova Supply AB

Dansk Olie og Naturgas A/S (DONG), the Danish energy company, has agreed to acquire Nova Supply which consists of the supply business of Nova Naturgas AB, a Swedish gas company, for an undisclosed sum. Dong remains as shareholder in Nova Naturgas together with Statoil, E.ON Ruhrgas and Fortum.
