Educations Media Group (EMG) and Keystone Academic Solutions merge

Vinge has advised Educations Media Group (EMG) and its founder in connection with the merger with Keystone Academic Solutions, creating a world leading digital platform for student recruitment.

The merged company, which has more than 110 million unique users on an annual basis, is called Keystone Education Group (KEG) and wants to help everyone worldwide with finding the right individual education option.
