EQT acquires MTU from DaimlerChrysler

EQT has signed an agreement with DaimlerChrysler to purchase 100% of the German engine manufacturer MTU Friedschafen GmbH.  The MTU group's operations consist of manufacturing and designing diesel engines and driving systems for boats, armoured vehicles, etc.
The acquisition was reviewed by authorities in terms of competition and Vinge acted as advisor in this area.

Representatives from Vinge included Johan Karlsson, Ulrika Wester, Pernilla Olsson and Hanna Eklinder.

Vinge advises Revivo Group on the acquisition of Solidenergy

Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
