EQT Partners AB – sale of Dometic International AB

BC Partners, the UK based private equity group has agreed to acquire Dometic International AB, the Swedish refrigeration and recreational equipment maker, from EQT III Limited, in a secondary buyout transaction, for an undisclosed consideration. EQT III Limited was represented by EQT Partners AB.
Vinge acted for EQT Partners AB.
