Industri Kapital acquires The SIA Group S.A.

Industri Kapital, the European private equity firm, has backed the management of The SIA Group (SIA), the France based producer of household decorative products, to acquire the company from 3i, the UK based private equity firm, in a secondary buy out, for an undisclosed consideration.
