Industri Kapital and TeliaSonera - sale of TA Teleadress Information Holding AB

Aftonbladet Hierta AB, a subsidiary of the listed Norway based media company Schibsted ASA, has acquired the entire share capital of TA Teleadress Information Holding AB, a company that among other things runs the internet directory enquiries service hitta.se, for approximately SEK 200m (EUR 21.95m). The seller was a company owned by Industri Kapital, the Swedish private equity firm, and TeliaSonera, the Swedish telecommunications company.

Vinge acted for the seller, a company owned by Industri Kapital and TeliaSonera.
