Investor Growth Capital investing in SciBase AB

Investor Growth Capital, SEB and CapMan are investing SEK 100 million in the medical technology company SciBase AB. The investment means that Investor Growth Capital, together with the former owners SEB Företagsinvest and CapMan will control 80% of the Swedish medical technology company.

Vinge acted as advisor to Investor Growth Capital and representatives from Vinge included Johan Winnerblad and Johan Larsson.
