Vinge has advised Lagercrantz Group in connection with the acquisition of the Finnish company, Exilight Oy, which develops, manufactures and sells emergency lighting systems, primarily for real estate.
The customers consist of, among others, installation firms and wholesalers. The company’s operations are located in Tammerfors and Helsinki and has an annual turnover of approximately MEUR 2.7 with good profitability.
