Large Spanish investment in Swedish ClimateWell

The Spanish investment company Utilsun S.L. is investing SEK 100 million in the Swedish company ClimateWell, which provides a heat pump that can store solar heat and is used for heating or cooling.  The company, which is owned by Engelsberg Industriutveckling and Industrifonden, will focus on the Spanish market.

Vinge acted as advisor to ClimateWell. Vinge representatives included Johan Winnerblad and Katja Cato.

Swoosh is a leading provider of inspection, maintenance, and services for underground infrastructure in Sweden, delivering sewer pipe inspection, cleaning, repair, and maintenance to municipalities, industrial operators, and property owners across 23 sites nationwide. Swoosh today employs approximately 450 people and generates revenues of nearly SEK 700 million.
