Litorina Kapital acquires Tolerans AB

Litorina Kapital is acquiring Tolerans AB, a world leader in the manufacture and sales of advanced binding systems for newspapers and book houses, from publicly listed Traction company. After the acquisition, Litorina Kapital will own 95% of the company and the remainder will be owned by the company's current CEO, Michael Kron.

Vinge represented Litorina Kapital, and representatives from Vinge included Johan Winnerblad and Tom Zachrisson.

Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm.
