Litorina Kapital selling their portfolio company Sensistor

Litorina Kapital is selling their portfolio company Sesistor, a leading company in industrial leakage detection and seal testing, to Alcatel Vacuum Technology. Sensistor and its products in the liquid gas field will provide an important boost for Alcatel Vacuum Technology's product portfolio, while Sensistor simultaneously gains access to Alcatel's global sales and distribution network.

Vinge acted as advisor to Litorina Kapital and others during the sale. Representatives from Vinge included Johan Winnerblad, Johan Larsson and Anna Berntsson.

 Vinge advises Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB (“NEWS”), a portfolio company of Litorina, in connection with the sale of the operating subsidiaries Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik, FANN VA-Teknik and Alunda Polyeten to Wienerberger AG (Vienna Stock Exchange: WIE). The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
