Personec acquires Manpower's payroll service operations

Personec, which is owned by TietoEnator and Nordic Capital, is buying Manpower Business Solutions Service Center AB and is taking over payroll administration, time and expense management and other personnel administration for some of the largest companies in the Nordic region. The acquisition covers 178 employees in Stockholm, Linköping, Sandviken and Luvika.

Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo.
