Perstorp Group acquires Franklin Holding BV from Silver Lining Finance SA

Perstorp Group, the Swedish manufacturer and supplier of specialized chemical products, has acquired Franklin Holding BV, the Dutch supplier of nutritional ingredients for the livestock industry, and its subsidiaries, from Silver Lining Finance SA, the Luxembourg based investment and leasing company, for approximately EUR 10m.
