Radonova Laboratories acquires radon measurement business

Vinge has advised Radonova Laboratories AB, which is part of the Lagercrantz Group, in conjunction with the acquisition of the radon measuring instrument operations within Gammadata Instrument AB.

The business is leading in the niche with various types of electronic instruments for measuring the content of radon gas in both the air and in the ground.

Vinge’s team consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Fredric Reissmüller and Sara Strandberg.

These companies are engaged in contracting activities within the construction sector. The total purchase price for the shares amounts to 747 MSEK. All key executives in the companies will become shareholders in Eleda.

Vinge has advised Fortum in connection with the divestment of its recycling and waste business

 Vinge, alongside among others Castrén & Snellman, has advised Fortum in connection with the divestment of its recycling and waste business to Summa Equity through its portfolio company NG Group. The debt free purchase price is approximately EUR 800 million.
