Saab has signed an agreement with Bodycote International concerning the sale of Saab Metch and its subsidiary operations in Denmark, Finland and Germany.
Vinge acted as advisor to Saab, and the representative from Vinge was Olle Rislund.
Vinge has advised Visa in connection with its investment in the Swedish fintech company Mynt AB ("Mynt").
