Vinge has advised Sobro in connection with its acquisition of a majority share in the TrueSec group. The group’s management remains as large owners.

TrueSec are specialists in IT security with extensive knowledge and leading expertise in cyber security, infrastructure and secure development. TrueSec provides services for customers who are experiencing complex security incidents or need to create IT environments or applications with the highest possible level of security.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Karl Klackenberg, Carl Sander and Boris Kotur

Vinge advises Trinax Group in conjunction with the acquisition of AddMobile and Scudo Solutions

Trinax Group has acquired the Swedish company AddMobile and the Finnish company Scudo Solutions, which specialise in software for work order management and project and cost management respectively. The two acquisitions broaden the group’s offering across the entire value chain, from the client’s budget and costing to the contractor’s field work, whilst strengthening its geographical presence in Finland.
