Solid Works Corporation acquires GCS Scandinavia AB

Solid Works develops and markets software products for the design, analysis and product data. Solid Works is also a supplier of 3D CAD technology. The acquisition of GCS Scandinavia means that Solid Works can expand its expertise in the technology sector.

Vinge acted as advisor to Solid Works. Representatives from Vinge included Karin Ulberstad, Johan Göthberg and Vivecka Beckeman.

Vinge advises Revivo Group on the acquisition of Solidenergy

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
