Sonesson Inredningar AB aquires GBP Ergonomics AB from Active Capital AB

Sonesson Inredningar AB, the Swedish furniture manufacturer and a portfolio company of Active Capital AB, the Swedish listed active private equity investor, has agreed to acquire GBP Ergonomics AB, the Swedish manufacturer of ergonomic production tables for the telecommunications and electronics industries, from Kendrion NV, the Netherlands based manufacturer of metal and electro magnetic components, and plastics distributor, for an undisclosed sum.
