Symbian Ltd. sells UIQ to Sony Ericsson

Symbian Ltd. has signed an agreement with Sony Ericsson for the sale of UIQ Technology. UIQ Technology is a Swedish company that manufactures and supplies licenses for software for mobile telephones.

Vinge acts as advisor regarding Swedish law for Symbian Ltd. The representatives from Vinge were Johan Winnerblad, Katja Cato and Anna Berntson.
