Tele2 acquires E.ON Broadband

E.ON has signed an agreement with Tele2 whereby Tele2 acquires 75.1% of E.ON Broadband in Sweden. Tele2 is the principal owner of the shares, which means that E.ON Broadband gets an international principal owner with a large amount of expertise on the product and sales side as well as on the technology side.

Vinge acted as advisor to Tele2 and representatives from Vinge included Jan Byström, Anna Edström, Johan Sahlstrand, Per Karlsson, Jessica Olofsson, Per Larsson and Per Westman.

Vinge has advised Acrinova AB (publ) in connection with its voluntary share redemption offering. The offer comprised approximately one-third of the shares in Acrinova, and the acceptance rate reached approximately 97.34 percent, representing a redemption value of approximately SEK 367.4 million.
