Teleca AB acquires Telma

Teleca is acquiring Telma, Russia's leading consulting company in the field of mobile telephony development. Telma has approximately 825 employees, of which approximately 775 are engineers. The acquisition is estimated to have a purchase sum between USD 22-57 million.

Vinge acted as advisor to Teleca AB during the acquisition. Representatives from Vinge included Peter Oscarsson and Jesper Ottergren.

 Vinge advises Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB (“NEWS”), a portfolio company of Litorina, in connection with the sale of the operating subsidiaries Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik, FANN VA-Teknik and Alunda Polyeten to Wienerberger AG (Vienna Stock Exchange: WIE). The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
