Tillberg Design acquires new owners

Vinge has advised the three owners of Tillberg Design when the company has acquired new owners in the form of AB Max Sievert and the company’s management.

Tillberg Design is a world leader within interior project design of cruise liners and conducts operations in Sweden, Poland and the United States.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Olof Jisland (responsible partner), together with, among others, associates Maria Dahlin, Hanna Kajlinger, Anette Henrysson, Mattias Schömer (partner), Andreas Lexhag and Karolin Ekström.

 Vinge has advised the legal tech company Arkivia in connection with a fully subscribed share issue of SEK 40 million with new and existing shareholders. The round was led by node.vc. In connection with the share issue, Arkivia also entered into the Swedish Bar Association’s first framework agreement for a case management system.
