Tradimus acquires Total Logistik

Tradimus AB is acquiring Total Logistik Sweden AB and expanding its expertise in retail logistics while simultaneously strengthening their position as a web-retail logistics provider. Total Logistik has approximately 220 employees and is established in Norway, Holland and Sweden (Borås and Falkenberg).

Vinge acted as advisor to Tradimus AB during the acquisition. Vinge representatives included Johan Winnerblad and Johan Larsson.

Vinge advises Revivo Group on the acquisition of Solidenergy

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
