Varnergruppen acquires Solo and Saks

The Norwegian Varnergruppen, which owns Dressman among others, is acquiring Solo and Saks from RNB Retail and Brands. The acquisition includes 16 stores, and the purchase price is estimated at SEK 150 million.

Vinge was the advisor to the purchasers, and representatives from Vinge included Björn Gustavsson, Marika Isberg, Jesper Thornberg, Per Karlsson and Kanja Berg.
