Vinge acts as legal advisers in connection with Duni AB’s admission to the OMX Nordic Stock Exchange in Stockholm

Vinge is acting as legal advisers in connection with Duni AB’s admission to the stock exchange. Duni AB is indirectly owned by EQT through Duni Holding AB.
The offer comprises 28,200,000 shares, representing 60.0 per cent of the shares and the votes in the company, and will be carried out through the sale of shares by Duni Holding AB. The total value of the offer amounts to MSEK 1,410 which corresponds to a value of outstanding shares in the company of MSEK 2,350.

The partner in charge is Rikard Stenberg assisted by associates Henrik Fritz, Petter Alberts, Ulrich Ziche, Marion Ehmann, Helena Backlund and others.
