Vinge has advised Enea AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue of SEK 141 million through an accelerated book-building procedure.   

The Vinge team was headed by capital markets and public M&A partner Erik Sjöman and included Christan Lindhé and Astrid Karlsson.
