Vinge has advised Illinois Tool Works in connection with its acquisition of Sweldx AB. Sweldx is a production and service company within unionmelt processing. ITW Inc. is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and consists of more than 850 business units worldwide.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Johan Göthberg together with associates Rime Dreber, Martin Hall and Malin Buch. Per Nydén provided employment law advice.
