Vinge advised OHB AG on its acquisition of the Space Systems Division from the Swedish Space Corporation

Vinge advised OHB AG in connection with the acquisition of the Space Systems Division from the Swedish Space Corporation (SSC). The division is an industrial partner of the Swedish National Space Board and the European Space Agency (ESA) and involved in the development and construction of satellite and payload systems. OHB AG is a German aerospace and technology company listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

The transaction was led by partner Christina Kokko with assistance from Associates Matthias Pannier, Paul Dali, Louise Markgren, Daniel Järmén, Fredrik Gustafsson, Nicklas Thorgerzon and project assistant Annica Sedvall.
