Vinge advised ReCarber in financing round

Vinge has advised ReCarber AB in its SEK 60 million financing round. The investors included Luminar Ventures, Spintop Ventures and Course Corrected.

ReCarber was established during the autumn 2023 with the aim to finance and lead carbon capture projects storing biogenic carbon dioxide permanently deep underground.

ReCarber was represented by Johan Larsson from Vinge.
