Vinge advised Voddler in connection with an investment by Nokia Growth Partners

The online film and TV series company, Voddler, which conducts internet-based video-on-demand (VOD) operations has received up to USD 8 million in an investment led by Nordic Growth Partners, Nokia’s venture capital company. The transaction is expected to be completed within the first quarter of 2011. Vinge advised Voddler in connection with the investment.

Vinge’s team consisted of Jesper Schönbeck and Jakob Warren. Göran Nyström was the responsible partner.

Vinge has advised Qben Infra AB in connection with its issuance of senior, unsecured bonds in an amount of SEK 500,000,000 (within a framework of SEK 600,000,000) and the parallel early redemption by its subsidiary ININ Group AS in respect of its previously issued senior secured bonds due 2027.
