MyDentist is a new dentist chain that wants to change the conservative dentistry industry through a clearly-defined concept which offers improved dental care in an easily accessible, simple and attractive way.

Arctos Equity Partner is directly investing in the entrepreneur led company as an active long term partner.

Vinge advised Arctos Equity in connection with the investment in MyDentist AB. Vinge’s team consisted of Magnus Pauli, Natalie Bäck, Petronella Hallberg and Camilla Andersson.

Vinge advises Morrow Bank in connection with cross-border merger and list change from Oslo Børs to Nasdaq Stockholm

 Vinge has advised Morrow Bank in connection with its reverse cross-border merger, whereby Morrow Bank AB is taking over Morrow Bank ASA. The Norwegian bank was previously listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange which was today transferred to Nasdaq Stockholm. Vinge has previously assisted Morrow Bank in obtaining a Swedish banking licence.
