Vinge advises Asept International AB in connection with acquisition

Vinge has advised Asept International AB, a subsidiary of Lagercrantz Group AB, in connection with the acquisition of all shares in the UNRO Dispenser System AB and SDP Scandinavian Dispenser Products AB.

UNRO is a manufacturer of dispensers for liquid food and hygiene products. SDP sells a range of disposable pumps and accessories for, for example, hand disinfectant and other hygiene products.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad and Vilhelm Rondahl.
