Vinge advises Atria Scandinavia in connection with acquisition of Lagerbergs

Vinge is advising Atria Scandinavia in connection with its acquisition of Lagerberg i Norjeby AB, which conducts operations in relation to the breeding and production of chicken at Listerlandet in Blekinge.

The company has 120 employees and is the third largest supplier of chicken to the Swedish market.

Aria’s acquisition is subject to approval by the relevant competition authority.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associates Joacim Rydegård (project manager), Emelie Svensäter  Jerntorp, Cecilia Cronqvist, Johan Cederblad, Mathias Lindquist, Emil Fahlén Godö and Anne Wijkman.
