Vinge advises Axcel VI and the Currentum Group in connection with the acquisition of E. Friggeråkers Rör Aktiebolag, a company that provides installation and services within heating and sanitation. The company is based in Falköping.

The contract was signed on 31 August 2026 in Stockholm. Naval Group has been selected as a strategic partner by the Swedish Government to rapidly strengthen and modernise its fleet's capabilities.
